CORNICABRA
From green straw, strong flavor, slightly bitter and spicy with a final touch to do so characteristic. Is recommended for stews and stir-fries. It can also be used in crude by those who enjoy intense flavors

Hojiblanca
Fruity olive average high between green and ripe. With pleasant connotations in the nose reminiscent of the fruit salad with mixed Alloz and green grass. Spicy and bitter balance.
